I don't pick the word "magnificent" just because it has great alliteration with her name. Maddie is becoming a magnificent young lady. I have had the wonderful opportunity to skype with her on multiple occasions during the past month. She has caught the "reading virus" (a fantastic virus to catch) and has been reading books by the pound this month. Then she calls me, we turn to Skype, and she reads me the book (or usually books), and shows me the pictures as she goes.
Often she will also show me her latest creation: a project she has made for her brothers, a book that she wrote for Spencer, plans for a tea party. Luckily, she has an awesome mom that supports her in her endless creativity.
Maddie loves her dance class also, and periodically shows us her spins and shuffle-hop-steps. Oh, how we love this Madeline!
